We collect information you provide when contacting us, such as your name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp contact details, preferred language, and enquiry. The form lets you enter service, area, property, budget and timing preferences, consultation or viewing requests, household and pet details, nationality or residence status, and support needs. Optional questions may be left unanswered. Please do not include identity document numbers or images, My Number information, health information, or other details that are unnecessary for your enquiry.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, understand your preferences, provide information you request, arrange dates and necessary communications, maintain correspondence records, handle complaints and requests, prevent misuse, and meet legal requirements. Access information is used to provide, secure, and improve this website. Except where permitted by law, we do not use personal information beyond what is necessary for these purposes without your consent. If additional information is required for a separate procedure, we will explain its purpose appropriately.
Enquiry form, WhatsApp and email
Form answers are held in browser memory while the page is open and are not submitted to or stored on our website server. When you choose to open WhatsApp, your answers are passed to WhatsApp through a URL containing the enquiry text, and the text is also copied to your device clipboard. The handoff still works if copying is unavailable. For email, the subject and message are passed to your email app. You send the final message to us yourself within the selected app. Copied text may remain on your device, so please take care when using a shared device. WhatsApp and email providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Sharing and service providers
We do not provide personal data to third parties without your consent, except where permitted by law. If responding to your enquiry requires disclosure to another business, we will explain the recipient, purpose, and information involved and obtain any necessary consent. When outsourcing handling within the scope necessary for our stated purposes, we select and appropriately supervise service providers. For disclosures to recipients outside Japan, we provide information, obtain consent, or take other measures as required by applicable law.
Analytics and cookies
Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), cookies, and related technologies to measure pages viewed, traffic sources, device and browser information, and actions such as enquiry button clicks. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, form answers, or enquiry text to analytics, or use this data for advertising personalisation. Your consent choice is saved in your browser's local storage. You can use the website without consenting and withdraw consent to future measurement at any time using Change analytics preferences on this page. Website delivery and connection data
Cloudflare delivers this website. To provide the website and protect against misuse, it may process connection information such as IP addresses, browser details, access times, and requested URLs. This is separate from consent-based Google Analytics measurement. External services may process information outside Japan. Please refer to the linked privacy policies and explanations for each provider's practices.
Retention and security
We retain received enquiry information appropriately for as long as necessary to fulfil its purposes. Unless retention is justified by legal obligations, dispute handling, or other legitimate reasons, we endeavour to delete or dispose of personal information without delay when it is no longer needed. We take security measures appropriate to the information handled, including managing authorised personnel and access rights, protecting devices and accounts, and encrypting website communications to help prevent loss, damage, leaks, and unauthorised access. We supervise personnel and service providers and review measures as appropriate.
